  3. The file ELF11G.ZIP decompresses into the ELF.PS and README.TXT

  5. ELF.PS is a postscript file which contains the Executable and Linkable
  6. Format Specification, V1.1.
  7.  
  8. The ELF Specification is one chapter of the Portable Formats Specification
  9. Version 1.1.

  11. To print a copy of the ELF document, copy the file to your postscript 
  12. printer.  This files has been formatted in generic postscript format 
  13. and has been tested on a QMS postscript printer.  (If you have problems 
  14. printing,  the first line of the file can be added/altered for your specific
  15. printer.)

  17. The TIS Committe grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
  18. license to use the information disclosed in the Specification to make your 
  19. software TIS-compliant; no other license, express or implied, is granted or
  20. intended hereby.

  23. the right to make changes to this specification at any time without notice.
